First saw in flock of Dunlin at distance, I lost them for a minute and then they flew right over my head landing about 50 yards away by themselves. White undertail coverts.

12 in one sitting on the west side of Mcallister creek on low tide, eating and fighting over small food items with crows and gulls. Coyote joined the feast but kept a distance from the eagles.
