Walked the boardwalk and went to the observation tower.

Black-bellied Whistling-Duck

Uncommon. Continuing. Id’ed with help. Far side of pond near dam. Large duck maybe a small goose with reddish color overall and very distinct white band around neck. Tail seemed to be very pointy and the bird was dabbling. It could be seen from tower but without scope not much else was seen.
