Wind W, light, overcast with low clouds, with temperatures rising to 12F/54F. 30 minute sea watch from Rodeo Beach followed by a circuit of the main lagoon. Mammals of note: 1+ River Otter in the main lagoon and offshore 1 Harbor Seal and 6+ California Sea Lions.
