surely some Lesser in the flocks off west beach but I did not pick them out.

Needed a scope. A young male in the scaup flock off west beach, viewed from parking area with Mike Nelson. Light brown, dirty whitish chest, distinctive orange bill and shield. Dark wings when flapping wings.
