Probably 2nd cycle- much larger than all HERG, with very dark slate gray mantle (uniform) and messy wing coverts. Only seen perched. Gigantic bill and gonydeal angle and short primary projection, eliminating LBBG.

Very tiny accipiter, with minimal head projection beyond wings in flat extended position, not tucked in. Squared off tail. Kettling with Red-shouldered Hawk.
