At the visitor center, on the ground next to the electric transformer. Looked like it was not doing well in the cold weather. Warbler with a green back and wings (no wing bars), grayish nape with a greenish-gray crown, throat and underparts dull yellow, dull yellow eye ring broken anterior and posterior. Photographed.
