See photos above to compare beak size. At least three of the snow geese are all imm., the Ross's looks like an adult. Adding a zoomed in detail to show that the Snow has the dark area "between" mandibles that looks like a big gap and the Ross's does not. Also note the the Ross's has a darker base on the upper maniple with what looks like something growing on it.
