I was standing near my car looking north from the hedge (9:30am) and I saw two Swans coming,.when they cleared through some trees I intensely focused on the bill and there was a little bit of yellow at the base of a black bill of the two all white Swans. They continued south at a somewhat low altitude till I lost them through trees. I did look in the water south of Montrose and I did not see anything. Also seen by Dave A.
