Not sure if it should be flagged. Large hawk about same size as COHAVery rusty head and neck with black eye, banded tail.Seen very briefly at Polish Statue, then flew towards Belvedere Castle.

Continuing mega. Found it between Azalea Pond and Evodia Field. Showed
nicely for about 5 minutes before abruptly flying east and out of sight. Apparently the last sighting of the bird.
