Wondered for a moment if it wasn't a decoy that had broken loose, but then it was turning its head and swimming around, etc, so it was indeed alive. :)

Heard only. Near siskins, goldfinches, and a large group of bluebirds and some sparrows. They ended up flying off kind of toward the north, but we never got to see them (could follow the calls as they left).

2 medium-sized groups, and a smaller group were seen flying over. Counted from those groups. Stubby blackbirds, stubbier than red-wings, voice sounded like cowbirds rather than red-wings, etc.
