Observation from near the building by Dunes Creek. All birds seen moving east to west.

Landed out in front of the beach. Looked like little flying zebras in flight.

All dark bird with sharper wing tips and thinner wings than a Herring Gull. Was to the west, east of the breakwall, diving up and down near the waves near beginning of observation.
