Wind NE, light but increasing, clear and sunny with temperatures rising from the low 40sF to 12C/54F. 30 minute sea watch from Rodeo Beach followed a circuit of the main lagoon. Mammals of note: 3 River Otters in the main lagoon and a Coyote on the northern side of the main lagoon.
