  25. Sharp-shinned/Cooper's Hawk

    Number observed: 1

Comments: Confusing bird--thin legs and small size, but wide/coopers-like head, and more rounded tail tips. Heard other birders that seemed to be leaning towards Cooper's (though also confused by the bird).

  43. Purple/Cassin's Finch

    Number observed: 1

Comments: Observed from fairly far away, so may have been a HOFI--but I chose to submit as a Purple/Cassin's due to the extensive pink coloration over the front of the body, essentially covering the front of the bird until it tapered off near the legs. Not close enough to distinctly see a red cap/brown facial patterning, but head appeared to be more of a complete pink/red than a house finch.

  44. Number observed: 1
  45. Number observed: 2

Comments: Seen many times, individuals hoping around together. Buffy coloration, median crown stripe, long tail, well-defined auriculars, contrasting gray nape, light lores.

  46. Number observed: 24
  47. Number observed: 1

Comments: In a Savannah Sparrow flock

  48. Number observed: 15
  49. Number observed: 1
  50. Number observed: 6
  51. Number observed: 1

Comments: Seen briefly in the same location it has been sighted recently. I would have second-guessed the sighting (given it was just a brief few) and dismissed it as a female bishop were it not for the fact that the bishops were right next to it at the time (making the differences more apparent).
