Appears to be a immature female Indigo Bunting. Note streaking on breast, white throat and malar. Wingbars made me double check,seemed stronger than I would like for a INBU, but at least some examples of INBU can have similar wingbars. Lack of orange on the breast and white throat and malar seem to eliminate LAZB, as does the amount of streaking. Similar bird: https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/55941911
