seen one turnstone foraging along the dike underneath the power lines. the bird was in nonbreeding plume, possibly a juvenile. had dark breast with a v-like patch on the side of breast. shorter stubby bill, and thick orange legs. i do have a video of the bird but i have not uploaded it yet.

seen two large terns resting on mudflat. birds had very large, reddish orange beaks. adult birds as they still had full black caps on their heads. considered royal, but bills were way larger.

seen one white pelican roosting on mudflat. this bird had been reported here in the past. bird had visible black primaries, orange legs and obviouse pelican pouched beak. Large bird, slightly bigger than a mute swan. Also had gray smudging on the back or possibly the upper wing coverts.
