I was right. Surviving a 300 deerfly day makes anything less more pleasant. So today's mere 58, coupled with milder temperatures, seemed relatively nice. Not too birdy, likely due to recent weather hindering bird movements. Woods very nearly the wettest I have seen them in recent years.
