Comments:
When I began keeping my list in 1979, I noted the year when I first saw the species at Starhill Forest Arboretum. In some cases, it may be the only time when I have seen that species. I am using January 1 as the sighting date but it could have been any day that year. I did not count the number of individuals, but I saw at least one of that species, so I have entered "1".
Species
114 species (+2 other taxa) total
Imprecise date. This list has sightings that span more than one calendar day. A specific date is required for public display: this checklist and its observations do not appear in public eBird outputs. More information.

1979 Abundant here. At times they are most common bird at the feeders, at least 50 individuals. It's a concerted effort keeping them out of bluebird and other nesting boxes.
