1
Wilson's Phalarope

Small slender shorebird with thin black bill, white throat and undersides with a rusty-black crown, nape, and back. No markings on face to indicate a Red-necked; also, distance from ocean would be a limited factor as well. Constantly rotating like a spinning top in water. Amongst other wading and shorebirds and ducks. Near far western end of 'lake' near the intersection of Wading Bird Way and Marsh Rabbit Run trails. Screenshots taken from video through scope.
