Pending 2nd state record, 1st UP record. Found with Adam and Chris around 3 PM. First seen from a lookout 0.6-0.7 miles down Tahqua Rd. Usually associating with a pair of BWTE, but also GWTE. Heard calling. Moved around the area the rest of the day.

Dark lores, pointed border to gular patch, very small with relatively longer tail. Moving around and hard to see close.
