Seen near Owl's Roost. Parid slightly larger than a BCCH with a similar but heftier build. All black bill, plainish face. Noticeable grayish crest on top of head. Gray upper parts, whitish underparts with rusty flanks. Gray tail looked long in flight (similar to a chickadee or spizella sparrow). Perched up in shrub near feeders then flew across edge of parking lot towards Memory Lane into a jack pine stand. I was unable to refind the bird as the flock the titmouse was moving with rapidly away. I believe this is only the 2nd point record.
