This was either a Philly or the Yellow-green Vireo. Yellow flanks and under tail coverts, dark cap, dark eye-line. Couldn't see eye color to eliminate Philly. Definitely not a REV or Warbling. No one I know of saw a Philly. My mom saw the same characteristics on this bird also. If this was not a life bird I would call it a Yellow-green Vireo. Hopefully next year. 95% on ID isn't good enough.
