Had bird alongside trail in east end of the park in wooded area; very close looks, within 10' at times; looked like a large red-eyed vireo (I'm from the midwest, VERY familiar with the red-eyed vireo), could clearly see the black "whiskers". Observed vireo flitting in branches nearby for nearly 5 minutes.
