Continuing RARITY – large, long-tailed warbler; pale yellow below, grayish above; white eye-arcs; dark lores/cheek rule out this bird being a female; relatively tame while moving slowly through the vegetation; continually wagging tail; bird stayed within a few feet of the ground during the entire observation.
