Comments: Flagged as rare but possibly regular at this location. I saw some sparrows foraging on a distant mudflat at low tide and scoped them. Most were SAVS, but a NESP briefly emerged from the reeds, foraged, and vanished again. In the scope, I got a clear view of the bright orange face and breast, also noting the clean demarcation between the orange breast and white belly. Assuming Interior due to the brightness of the orange.
