Comments:
I drove the loop around Big Salt Marsh. It was dinnertime, and I was hungry. My count falls vastly under the real numbers. There were thousands of dabbling ducks to the west of the loop, many shorebirds, and gulls and terns. There were many pelicans and sandpipers north of the road (170th?) that is north of Big Salt Marsh.
