Great Kiskadee

Heard distinctive "kiskadee" calls while standing on tower with many other observers (it was a weekend so many people were out). Kiskadee was viewed by John Whittle, myself and others from the tower and then by several people from in the field southeast of the tower (bird was perched in trees across field to the southeast of the tower). I believe John Whittle created a contemporaneous record of the sighting and submitted it to the Texas Bird Records Committee. (I was employed at the hawkwatch from mid-Aug. - mid-Nov. 2002 and am belatedly transcribing to eBird certain sightings from that season.)

1
Nashville Warbler
