Medium sized grebe at a distance in middle of the reservoir. From head and bill shape and build looked most like a moulting Red Necked rather than a Horned , but needs another observer with a telescope to identify for sure. Both are unseasonal !

On turtle pond from belvedere. Disturbed by visitors and flew around before creeping back under cover.

2 juveniles, 1 by turtle pond and 1 dust bathing to the west of the oval.
Medium size grebe in centre of the reservoir at a distance. From shape and build could be a Red Necked butt unusual for this time of year?
