Vireo with a grayish back with yellow throat and breast. No wing bars ruled out Yellow-throated Vireo. White eye brow with an eye line but faint, not as dark as on Red-eyed Vireo. Heard singing similar song to REVI but at a much slower pace, Seen about half way down Parson Point Trail foraging high up in some deciduous tree. Not able to photograph.
