We were shocked to see this bird circling relatively close overhead as I don't recall them being seen in the county in the spring. Long pointed gray wings with black tips, dark tail, lighter head. Appeared to have some streaking on underwing coverts suggesting immature bird. Note short outermost primary in photo.
