This bird was flying way high in the sky with TUVUs. It was a really large Accipiter, barrel chested, long tailed and it had a large head. This bird had stiff purposeful wing beats as it flew. It circled over us at Sleepy Hollow and eventually continued flying north. This observation was shortly after it was seen by some near the tip of Point Pelee.
