Yellow-headed Blackbird

My first yellow-headed blackbirds of the season. A dense flock of male and female YHBL were feeding (along with some starlings) in an ag field near the road. I got a great look at how many were blackbirds because at one point all the starlings flushed and all the blackbirds stayed put. Distinctive yellow heads.
