This a trip was part of a Ms Coast Audubon Society/Audubon MS/ GrandBat NERR/Delta Wind Birds shorebird identification workshop. In addition to myself, Lauren Deets served as the second field instructor. We had 12 participants in the field trip portion of the workshop. Habitats visited during this trip included brackish bayou, brackish open water bay, MS sound, emergent marsh, and sand/mud flats.
