Seen through scope over gulf at distance of about .5 miles. Vigorously and agilely chasing unidentified gull at close range for fish. Angled wings, dark brown, white flashing in primaries, central tail feathers longer than rest of tail. Bird seen for just a few seconds before chase ended and jaeger disappeared.
