Submitted from eBird for iOS, version 1.1.3 Build 30. Cloudy. Low 7'3" Tide at 10:42am. Mammals seen include Columbia Black-tailed Deer, Steller Sea Lions, Harbor Seal, Eastern Gray Squirrel. The Great Horned Owl is on the nest!

Photographs. Previously reported rarity. Observed for 15 minutes at 1/4-1/2 mile with 60x spotting scope. Seen perched in Willows along the intersection between the old McAllister Creek access road and the access road that runs west and south of the Twin Barns. Small buteo, no breast band, barred tail.
