Overdue county bird. Here two nights ago but not last night. At least 3, two of which were close together. All notably smaller than RBGU with darker mantle, and distinct dark half-hood.

2500+ gulls, close to halfway split between tonight (though I suspect HERG is usually in higher numbers than RBGU here)

Lesser Black-backed Gull

At least one immature and one adult, both between RBGU and HERG in size, adult with dark gray mantle and streaked head, immature with contrastingly dark wings and light body, no inner primary window when seen flying with HERG.

Cattle Egret

Overdue county bird. Looked up from scoping to see what a few of the gulls were chasing after, to see an all-white wader flying up over the lake. Flew away to the southeast somewhere. Comparable or a bit smaller in size to the RBGUs, more compact than SNEG with shorter legs, dark feet, short yellowish bill. Poor photo.
