Blue-winged/Cinnamon Teal

A 16 inch teal in brown plumage with blue patch on upper wing flew from Ford's pond and landed in the pond across Church Rd. next to houses. Cinnamon seems more likely than BWTE. Definately not a larger duck such as a Northern Shoveler, based on size and flight characteristics viewed at 20 to 30 meters.
