Refound by Sharon F., Adam P., and I from the dirt piles overlooking the abandoned buildings by the parking lot at the New York Avenue exit of the Arboretum. First found 30 minutes prior by Hugh McGuinness. Appeared strongly bicolored - bright yellow below and gray/blue up front. Single wing bar (barely visible in photo), plain face. Sulking low in scrub but made occasional appearances.
