Two males picked out in a group of seven Scoters flying out aling the Hudson towards the gravel barges and the Verrazano Bridge - came from N of Liberty SP.

Picking insects from the goldenrod near the second shelter on the IC trail. Flushed into denser cover - very surprising find today as were the general number of Neo-trops - a bit of a local put down.
