male - heard slow kekking behind me while scanning Raymond pool. kekking came from a patch of Spartina cynosuroides, p. Australis, and s. alterniflora. I know this area of the Marsh is more brackish then other areas. the bird kekked consistently at 2-3 k/s for a good two minutes

Flew over while I was scanning ducks in Sheerness things got stirred up and I heard an odd flight note looked up and saw two medium sized too large plovers with dark under wings and no black armpit. Flight note matched American as did underwing pattern
