While scoping peeps on estuary side of outer dike, heard warbler-type chip note and saw small passerine land in dead snags about 40 yards north of dike. Observed in scope, 20x, for a minute or so, before it was chased off by savannah sparrows. Tail-bobbing warbler with yellow under tail coverts, streaked, pale flanks, dark eyeline, pale supercilium and malar line, no wing bars.
