Alder/Willow Flycatcher (Traill's Flycatcher)

both banded. Called Traill's rather than Willow because at least one had a more noticeable eyering than expected for a Willow, but we do know that Willow is significantly more likely.

banded. Streaking on throat, yellowish buff throughout supercilium, buffy yellowish color across much of underparts rather than bright white with peachy buff on sides. Uppertail coverts pure Northern rather than Louisiana
