Flyover at the jetty. Small, brown swallow with contrasty breast band. Too small for either fem/imm Tree or Rough-winged. Throat color and breast band also ruled out RWSW. It was flying north into a headwind which slowed it down so I got a longer than normal look for a flyby, perhaps 30-40 secs. in all. I was aware of its unusual nature here so I looked it over well.
