    Comments: Thought it was a Field Sparrow when I first saw it as the eye-ring stood out. The streaked breast quickly disabused me of that notion. Did not see the white tail feathers but they don't always pose for you.

    Comments: Had seriously olive greenish head contrasting with brown body and with pale bill which are the field marks by which I am making the call. Once it went back into the grass I could not get this bird to come up again no matter how hard I tried for an additional look to get other field marks. Not singing.
