Seen about 300 yards offshore being harassed by a peregrine. It flew into the pines at the point and stayed for about 15 minutes and then left flying in a northerly direction. Flight was steady and deliberate both on arrival and departure with no swopping and erratic behavior of a fish crow. The bird uttered a small gurgle sound that I have heard American Crows give in the nesting season but have never heard Fish Crows giveAmerican Crow-2American Crow-4
