    Comments: One Yellow-shafted: Red nape crescent, brown face, gray crown, yellow under tail and wings. The others were Red-shafted.

    Comments: Seen first by in the desert scrub by the Pavilion, and later along the northern edge of the resort. Color appeared to be to bright blue for a Woodhouse's Jay, and it had a fairly strong blue necklace but broken in the middle. Photographed by myself and by the Kyles.

    Comments: In the thicket directly next to the steps down to the Pavilion front door. Size of a mockingbird, but with a shorter tail, dark gray overall, black cap, russet undertail coverts. Dark moderately down-curved bill. It gave a mewing call not unlike a Green-tailed Towhee. It was photographed later by the Kyles.

    Comments: In small pond at east edge of resort. Unstreaked white underneath with grayish buffy flanks, rufous on wings, and tail, strong white stripes on back with rufous and blackish background. Face and side of neck gray with buffy auricular, blackish malar stripe and eyeline that widened to the rear. Buffy white eye ring. Narrow pointed bill, rufous-brown crown.
