Relocating the vulture the Katrina reported flying over Gilsland Farm

**rare | Katrina Venhuizen noted a vulture flying over Gilsland Farm around 0920. The bird was relocated flying south towards Portland. Flying away, the bird was all dark with wings held slightly above body, not flat like BAEA and not as angled as TUVU. When banking: very short tail and equally short head projection. Never 'teetered' like TUVU; more purposeful in flight. Very broad and blocky wings. Too far to be sure about coloration in the wings: I could never see a clear 'hand' on the bird. KV did note a dark head on the bird she saw.
