After a lot of searching through the Ring-billed and Herring gulls an adult was found on the ice with Ring-billed gulls. Its yellow-green feet, larger size, a darker gray mantle, and large yellowish bill with a red/black spot on lower mandible was seen and used to identify it. Approach was from the southeast shore requiring a walk to view it. It was too far away to spot from Lieber's point.
