Continuing 1st-winter bird at the boat ramp area. Fishing line now wrapped around its upper mandible and sinker up against its cheek. Yellow "braided-type" line is wrapped around its right foot. It allowed a closer approach then before, perhaps it is slowing down some. It is still "uncatchachable" for line-removal purposes.
