Seen with several juvenile bald eagles in the MS8b area, north of the Visitor Center. The bird had a distinct, clean white tail base with a thick black bar on the end of the tail. This white patch was equally distinct when seen from above. In addition, the nape was golden and distinct from the head and back. Head was smaller than the other Bald Eagles around.
