    Comments: Long tail, unmarked light gray breast, orange bill, pale lores. Brown crown stripes identify it as immature. I was in the lighthouse keeper's backyard when Cliff Doran photographed it; D. Sheppard suggested Western (Gambel's) race from Facebook photos.

    Comments: At back of Cape Race lighthouse keeper's house in a cut fir lashed to an aerial pole Two white wing bars, white undertail coverts and belly, pale yellow throat, broken eye ring, bland face, faint streaking on breast. Hanging with a Gambel's White-crowned sparrow and three juncos. Cliff Doran posted photos identified by Alvan Buckle as Pine Warbler.
